With minimal equipment or cost you can design an in home exercise paradise.
Do you travel only occassionaly to familiar places for work or holiday? If you are familiar with the fitness facility, but wonder what to do without circuit machines, no problem. We can help! We'll provide you with customized routines suited just for body weight, dumbbells or more. Just let us know what is available at your destination. The Deluxe Fitness Assessment also allows us to determine which corrective exercises will be necessary to correct any muscular imbalances.

Additional assessment tools beyond the Basic level are utilized to determine the appropriate exercises to eliminate muscular imbalances.

• Bi-Weekly consultation with Fitness Coach
You’ll have up to 30-minute consultations with your fitness coach to discuss progress made and new goals and challenges for the upcoming week. Together, you’ll create new workouts to support your goals.
