We have created three different levels of support (Fitness Coach, Frequent Traveler, and Road Warrior) as well as the opportunity to create a customized plan that meets your specific needs. Each plan is based on:
- personal fitness goals (get off the couch to sports level performance)
- equipment availability (fixed location or variety of facilities),
- level of motivation (first time exerciser or self-starter),
- time of the road traveling (none to more time on the road then at home)
- nutritional guidance and support (already eat clean to what's that?...I wash my food)
At any time you can:
- change your purchased Fitness Package
- change your Fitness Coach
- add additional services to your current plan
- move from a standard plan to a customized plan
