The complete package provides weekly consultation to determine challenges to your fitness goals and customized routines matched to available equipment at your locations. As an additional concierge service we will research the nearby fitness facilities and provide you with hours of operations, daily usage fees, and class schedules.
The additional support from our Registered Dietician for meal planning and preparation will assist you in maintaining a clean and healthy eating regimen even while traveling. No exercise plan is sufficient to reach our fitness goals without proper nutrition.

Regular tracking of your meals and supplements allows your Fitness Coach and Nutritional Coach to provide immediate feedback and additional assistance when needed.
• Fitness progress tracking
Virtual consultations and progress tracking, and frequent feedback to postings in your nutritional and exercise journals are designed to instruct and inspire.
• Deluxe Fitness Assessment
Additional assessment tools beyond the Basic level are utilized to determine the appropriate exercises to eliminate muscular imbalances.
• Customized weekly fitness plans
Consult with an ExecWell Fitness Coach and create a Fitness package with the level of support you need.
• Registered Dietician consultation
One on one virtual meetings with a registered dietician will determine any special nutritional needs/challenges that may hinder you from meeting your fitness goals. Together you will develop strategies on how to be successful.
• General meal planning
Good nutrition is really just learning how to eat clean, pack meals on the road and choose wisely at restaurants.
• Weekly consultation with Fitness Coach
You'll have up to 30-min consultations with your fitness coach to discuss progress made and new goals and challenges for the upcoming week. Together, you'll create new workouts to support your goals.
• Fitness Center Support
We'll locate fitness centers near your travel destinations and deliver a special level of concierge service to minimize adding time and allowing you to focus on your workouts.
